One of the core components of PrehabMD is our Support program - we encourage members to build a team of supportive people around them.  

This support program and content is for peers … non-professionals.  Family members, neighbours, friends, informal caregivers.

Not everyone will need content from each pillar. You may choose to prioritize nutrition and gentle fitness while others find more benefit in the mindset pillar and sleep modules. The program can be customized for your specific needs, preferences and abilities.

 

For some, prehab provides a simple tune-up. Others benefit from a complete overhaul. Some will get most out of mental preparation, some from physical. Each program will be different. One size does not fit all.

The members only program delivers our comprehensive and easy to use videos and documents directly to your home. The program has all the tools required for both physical and mental preparation, readily available at your convenience.

The recovery pillar compliments the fitness program. There are routines to keep you moving efficiently and guidance on healthy sleep practices.

Nutrition

The nutrition pillar helps you develop a healthy eating plan to fuel your fitness program and prepare your body for the metabolic demands of surgery.

Mindset

The mindset pillar will ensure your mental fitness. You will learn how to manage anxiety and embrace a positive state of mind before your surgery.
