 Meet the Coaches

What qualifies us as coaches? We have all spent the majority of our careers dealing directly with people in need. Our goal is to give you the best possible support and guidance while explaining concepts in a simple and engaging manner.

Brian has always been more interested in health than disease. He is a practicing physician with an interest in both mental and physical fitness and the prevention of illness.

Dr Mahoney is well qualified to lead this team and share his approach to health and wellness. Despite being on call nearly 1 in 3 nights for 20 years, he has prioritized sleep, nutrition, and exercise, leading to success in his career and the energy required to raise 3 active children.

He will connect with those of you who are facing a surgical challenge and will guide you through your prehabilitation journey.

Paul, a retired family doctor and anesthetist, worked in small town Ontario, Canada for 37 years.

His primary duty was to his patients but he was also a teacher to aspiring physicians and a mentor to his colleagues. Now, Dr Kenny shares his deep expertise in a wide breadth of subjects, including his enduring interest in the factors that influence a healthy lifespan.

He considers being entrusted with the care of children whose parents he had once delivered to be his greatest honour in medicine. Most of his current interests are enjoyed outdoors, usually on trail, ice or water.
